M J Akbar

M.J. Akbar is the editor of Asian Age and a former Congress Party MP. He is one of India′s best-known journalists and a pioneering editor of several news magazines. His first book, India: The Siege Within, was published by Penguin in 1984 in the UK and India; his second, a biography of Nehru, also published by Penguin in the UK and India, is regarded as the seminal work on the subject.
