Candace Bushnell is the critically acclaimed, international bestselling author of Sex and the City, One Fifth Avenue, Lipstick Jungle, Trading Up, Four Blondes, and The Carrie Diaries-the coming-of-age story of one her most famous creations-Carrie Bradshaw. Sex and the City, published in 1996, was the basis for the HBO hit series and subsequent blockbuster movie. Sex and the City Two comes out in June 2010, and Lipstick Jungle became a popular television series on NBC.
