Dr. Wanda Wallace is President and CEO of Leadership Forum, Inc. (LFI). At LFI, Wallace coaches leaders, conducts seminars, and works with teams to improve leadership capability. A frequent speaker, she addresses large scale events such as “Women on Wall Street” as well as company-specific functions. She has written for numerous publications such as Harvard Business Review On Line, Talent Management, and is a regular columnist for Changeboard. In addition, she hosts “Out of the Comfort Zone”, a radio show on VoiceAmerica Business.
