About the Book

this book presents practical and straightforward ways for fathers to rearrange their busy lives and spend more time with their children. Over 75 'time-poor' men, from all walks of life, speak about how they balance demanding jobs with being a good dad. How can dads make better use of their limited time with their kids? What do children need from their fathers? What have other busy men done to be effective dads? Dr Bruce Robinson, Professor of Medicine at the University of Western Australia Medical School, speaks on work and family life, and the importance of fathering to professionals and community groups.
